Social Events
Theta Tau maintains a strong brotherhood by exhibiting an exceptional number of diverse social activities and events for its members. Below are just a few examples of some of the recent ones!
Broomball (2/27/09)
Our annual broomball game was held at Vacaville Ice Rink, following our exchange with Delta Epsilon Mu. Our own members went head to head against each other in a brawling battle of this slippery sport!
Exchange with Delta Epsilon Mu (2/27/09)
Theta Tau held a potluck/exchange with Delta Epsilon Mu, the professional pre-health fraternity. We had a wonderful dinner and plenty of food to go around as we talked and mingled. Following the dinner was a small speed dating game where the members of each fraternity got to talk about various topics to bond with each other. The event was an overall success as each of our members got aquainted with each of theirs.
Bi-Annual Professional Fraternity Games (11/9/08)
We participated in the games this quarter and managed to get second place out of the four fraternities that showed up. (Theta Tau, Alpha Kappa Psi, Phi Alpha Delta, Delta Sigma Pi) The events were basketball, football, and a relay race.
Fall Retreat (10/24/08 to 10/26/08)
Our Fall retreat was held at Bodega Bay, California, where we explored various parks and trails, and dined at some of the seafood restaurants along the coast. We kicked it at the beach and did some group bonding activities with the pledgeds, then successfuly hosted a Casino Night where over 60 dollars of prizes were given away.
